How long has your company been in business?

Rembrandt Roofing was founded by Frank “Bunk” Walker, who originally ran the company as a storm restoration contractor traveling across the country helping homeowners after severe weather events. In 2016, his son Wade Walker decided to put down roots in Ohio and build a locally based roofing company serving the Greater Dayton and Cincinnati area. Today, Rembrandt Roofing & Restoration continues that legacy with a strong focus on community, quality, and service.

Final inspection & cleanup – Before we consider the job complete, we perform a full walkthrough, address any punch-list items, and leave your property neat and ready.

How do you determine if my roof needs a full replacement or just repairs?

During the inspection phase, we evaluate several factors:

How long will the entire roofing project take, start to finish?

Minor repairs can often be completed in a day, while a full roof replacement may take several days. Before work begins we’ll provide an estimated schedule in your proposal and keep you updated as we proceed.

Will my property be protected during the installation?

Absolutely. We take property protection very seriously. Our crew uses ground coverings, tarps, and debris containment protocols to protect landscaping, siding, windows, and other surfaces. We perform daily clean-ups and a final clean-up after the job to ensure no nails or materials are left behind.

What’s your process for handling unexpected weather delays?

Weather is a variable we always account for. If unexpected weather (rain, high winds, etc.) slows or halts progress, we will:

  • Communicate promptly with you about revised scheduling

     

  • Ensure materials are secured and the site is safe in the meantime

     

Resume work as soon as conditions allow, with minimal disruption to you
