Wade Walker
President/Owner
Wade Walker, a second-generation owner, has seen it all. From traveling across the U.S. to restore storm-damaged homes to leading his family’s business, Wade’s journey has been one of hard work and growth. Starting at just 15 years old, he spent long summer days learning the ropes at the company founded by his father, Franklin “Bunk” Walker. Over the years, Wade worked his way up, holding roles from field supervisor in 2001 to Sales and Storm Damage Manager in 2005, Vice President of Sales in 2012, and ultimately President & Owner in 2015.Now settled in Springboro, Ohio, Wade has built a life rooted in family, community, and his passions. He and his wife, Katie, are proud parents of three active boys. Wade enjoys coaching his sons’ baseball and lacrosse teams, golfing, relaxing by the pool with friends and family, and exploring his love of cooking.Wade’s vision for Rembrandt Roofing is clear and confident: to provide honest, reliable service focusing on expert craftsmanship in roof replacements and repairs. For Wade, it’s more than just getting the job done—building trust, protecting homes, and forming lasting relationships with every customer. The company’s promise says it all: “We’ve got you covered.”
Rachel Tussey
Operations Manager
Rachel has been a valued member of the Rembrandt Roofing team since 2019, serving as both Office Manager and Marketing Manager. When you call to schedule an appointment, Rachel is the friendly, caring voice eager to assist and answer your questions. Beyond managing day-to-day operations, she leads Rembrandt’s Marketing and Branding division and organizes events, keeping the company engaged with its community.A true cheerleader for Rembrandt, Rachel is known for her positivity and dedication to creating a seamless and enjoyable experience for every customer. Born and raised in Springboro, she now resides in Germantown with her husband, Jeremy, and their three children. Rachel loves traveling with her family, with beaches being her ultimate happy place. She’s also the family and office photographer, capturing memories wherever she goes. Rachel takes pride in overseeing every aspect of the office and customer experience, ensuring everything runs smoothly and leaves a lasting impression.
Julia McCune
Executive Assistant
Julia joined the Rembrandt Roofing team in the winter of 2024, bringing warmth, energy, and a can-do attitude to her role as Executive Assistant. Whether you’re walking through the front door or calling the office, Julia is one of the warm smiles and helpful voices ready to make your experience easy and welcoming. She’s always prepared to assist with scheduling appointments, answering questions, and keeping things running smoothly at the front desk.
A proud wife and mother, Julia and her husband Ken have a full house with five children and three beloved dogs. When she’s not at the office, you’ll often find her out on her motorcycle enjoying the open road or exploring local thrift stores with a coffee in hand. Julia’s love for people and her passion for helping others make her an essential part of the Rembrandt family, ensuring each customer interaction starts on a positive note and leaves a lasting impression.
John Whitt
Sales/Project Manager
Like so many others on the Rembrandt team, John grew up in the Dayton area. With over 25 years in the roofing/siding/home repair industry, John has become a true expert in roof repairs, roof replacement, insurance claims, and general contract work. He’s been a valued asset to Rembrandt for many years.
A US Army Vet, John is married and has 4 children and two grandchildren. His hobbies include golfing, fishing, and spending time with the grandkids.
Adam Elliott
Sales/Project Manager
Adam joined Rembrandt Roofing in early 2022 as a Sales and Project Manager, bringing extensive expertise in roof replacements, repairs, and navigating complex insurance claims. Originally from the sunny skies of Orlando, Florida, Adam has quickly adapted to Ohio’s roofing industry, earning a reputation for delivering exceptional results. With a steadfast commitment to quality, Adam ensures every project is completed to the highest standards, leaving homeowners with peace of mind and confidence in their homes. His keen attention to detail and dedication to exceptional customer service make him an integral part of the Rembrandt team. Beyond work, Adam enjoys spending quality time with his girlfriend, Cindi, cheering on his favorite football teams, playing golf, and relaxing by the water while fishing. Though Ohio’s cooler weather has been an adjustment, Adam continues to embrace his passion for the outdoors and sports, bringing the same enthusiasm to every project he undertakes.
Josh Mackey
Sales/Project Manager
Josh joined Rembrandt Roofing in 2019 and has become a vital asset as a Project Manager, excelling in roof replacements and repairs. With over 20 years of hands-on roofing experience, Josh is known for his exceptional problem-solving abilities and meticulous management of every project. He is deeply committed to ensuring each customer receives the highest level of service, delivering reliable solutions tailored to their needs.A proud U.S. Army veteran, Josh’s military background instilled discipline, teamwork, and a strong work ethic, which he applies daily to his role. He and his wife, Amanda, live with their children and three dogs in Miamisburg. Outside of work, Josh enjoys fishing and hiking, finding balance and inspiration in the outdoors. Known for his humor, transparency, and dedication, Josh consistently goes above and beyond to provide clients with peace of mind and top-notch results.
Stevan Merrifield
Sales/Project Manager
Stevan brings a hands-on, solution-oriented approach to every roofing project. With a background in inspections, storm restoration, and project management, he guides homeowners through repairs and replacements with confidence and clarity. Known for his thoroughness and approachable style, Stevan makes communication a priority, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience from start to finish.Outside of work, Stevan enjoys life with his wife Vanessa and their daughter, who’s turning nine this year. He’s often found tackling home improvement projects, fishing Ohio’s rivers, or exploring local parks with their two dogs. Whether it’s fixing something, learning something new, or simply enjoying the outdoors—Stevan’s always ready for the next challenge.
Jimmy Palcic
Production Coordinator
Jimmy Palcic joined the Rembrandt Roofing team in July 2024 as our Production Coordinator, playing a vital role in managing roof replacement scheduling and material needs. He works closely with customers to ensure every detail of their project is handled seamlessly, from team coordination to overseeing timelines. Jimmy’s efficient approach and dedication to 5-star customer service make him an invaluable part of our team.Known for his positivity, “can-do” attitude, and sense of humor, Jimmy brings calm and confidence to even the most challenging situations. Outside of work, he enjoys spending quality time with his wife, Rachel, and their three children, as well as hitting the golf course. And as a bonus—Jimmy has a talent for singing, adding a unique flair to our team! His dedication to excellence ensures every project is completed smoothly, leaving customers delighted.
Rico Ortiz
Repair Production Manager
Rico joined the Rembrandt Roofing team in 2020, bringing with him years of experience in residential and commercial repair work. As our Repair Team Lead, he specializes in roofing and siding repairs, with deep expertise across all areas of construction. Rico is known for his attention to detail, hands-on leadership, and dedication to delivering lasting solutions for every homeowner. Outside of work, Rico enjoys spending quality time with his two children and relaxing with a fishing rod in hand.
Martin Ortiz
Repair Technician
One of our incredible repair technicians, Martin, joined the team in 2022. To say he can do it all is an understatement! Not only is he phenomenal at the repair work he does, but he also has a strong work ethic and takes pride in the service he provides to our customers. It may surprise some, but we do three times the amount of repair work on roofs, siding, gutters, and soffit/fascia than we do full roofing and siding replacements — and that’s saying A LOT! We’re truly blessed to have Martin on our team, helping customers fix issues while saving time and money.
Ash Knabe
Repair Technician
Ash joined the Rembrandt Roofing team in 2019, bringing with him years of hands-on experience and a strong eye for detail. Known for his precision and dedication, Ash takes pride in ensuring every customer is completely satisfied with the job—no shortcuts, no compromises.Outside of work, Ash enjoys spending time with his two dogs, working on cars, and sharing life with his girlfriend. He’s a reliable and valued part of the Rembrandt family, always focused on getting the job done right.

At Rembrandt Roofing, we’re a family-owned and operated company…this includes our fur babies too. Wade (a huge Gators fan) and his brother, Adam (a major Florida State fan) adopted these sweet pup brothers and named them after their favorite coaches, Steve Spurrier and Bobby Bowden. Schedule an appointment, and you’re likely to meet Bobby and Steve…. Rembrandt’s Li’l Woofers!
Frank "Bunk" Walker
Frank “Bunk” Walker is the founder of Rembrandt Enterprises. In 1995, the sole proprietorship was incorporated with Mr. Walker’s wife, Melanie, naming Rembrandt Enterprises in honor of some of the historical properties Mr. Walker has restored in Texas.
Mr. Walker was born and raised in southwestern Ohio. As Rembrandt operations expanded into other states, he chose to remain in his hometown of Dayton, OH and use the Miami Valley area as the home base for all operations. Rembrandt has remained in the Dayton area since 2001 and has continued to provide a positive local influence through revitalizing neighborhoods and community outreach.
Mr. Walker holds numerous high level certifications and licenses from all across the United States, from Ohio to the upper east coast, down through Florida and the Gulf Coast. He has nearly 40 years of experience in the construction industry. He’s well versed in all phases of construction and has completed thousands of projects, including kitchen and bathroom remodels, room additions, comprehensive fire and water damage restoration, new construction, home building, and complete restoration and re-roofing of high rise condominiums. Mr. Walker has a wide range of experience; however, he is considered amongst his peers to be a roofing expert. Through his leadership and training, Rembrandt Roofing is now considered one of the area’s premier roofing contractors not only for the quality and workmanship, but also due to thier reliability, dependablity, and trustworthiness.
Mr. Walker has built Rembrandt to be customer service driven as he and his team make every Rembrandt customer a priority. “I’m proud of Rembrandt’s reputation as being a solid, trustworthy company that homeowners, business owners, and management companies have grown to depend on.”
